Frequently asked questions

Clear answers upfront — scope, scheduling, insurance, and how to know if we’re a fit.

One-time vs recurring

One-time services are useful for resets, transitions, and project completion. Recurring services are designed to maintain a stable standard over time — typically with less catch-up work and fewer fluctuations.

If you want a space to consistently present well, recurring service is usually the most efficient path.

Service areas

We serve Hamilton, Brantford, Burlington & the GTA and surrounding communities. Availability depends on distance, access requirements, and the type of service requested.

If you’re unsure, call — a quick location check is easy.

Scope, scheduling, and standards

These answers are structured to reduce unnecessary calls while still encouraging qualified conversations.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Amara’s Touch is licensed and insured. We can confirm details during onboarding for commercial or property-managed sites.

Do you offer one-time services?

Yes. We provide one-time support when appropriate (resets, transitions, project completion). Many clients move to recurring service to maintain a stable standard long-term.

How do you schedule service for commercial or hospitality spaces?

We align service to your operating hours and access protocols. Many clients prefer after-hours or low-traffic windows to minimize disruption.

What is included vs not included?

Included scope is confirmed during intake and documented so expectations remain consistent. In general, we focus on high-touch surfaces, hygiene-critical areas, and presentation points. Specialty restoration work (hazardous cleanup, remediation, severe grease restoration) is outside standard scope and would be discussed separately if applicable.

Do I need to be present during residential service?

Not necessarily. Many residential clients prefer service without supervision. We confirm access instructions and expectations in advance so the experience is reliable.

How do you maintain consistency over time?

Consistency comes from defined scope, repeatable routines, and clear expectations. We avoid guessing about priorities — changes are documented so standards don’t drift.

Do you provide pricing on the website?

No. Pricing depends on the environment, frequency, access, and scope. We prefer a short call to confirm fit and expectations, then provide a qualified quote.

Still have a scope question?

Call and describe the space. We’ll confirm fit and next steps quickly.
